Hi, I’m Susannah.
I’m a translator and language editor. I work from French and Spanish into English, my mother tongue.
I have been working with academics and researchers in the humanities and social sciences since 2006. I work with institutions including Sciences Po, the Collège de France, KU Leuven, and MIT.
I help my clients communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively in polished, natural English.
I have loved languages ever since I began learning French at primary school. I went on to study Modern Languages at university, followed by a Master’s degree in Interpreting and Translating.
I always knew my path would lead to a career in languages. It also led me to the south of Spain — via Chile, France and Japan — and two trilingual daughters!
As a member of the Mediterranean Editors and Translators (MET) association, I regularly participate in webinars and courses as part of my commitment to continuing professional development.
Through this network of fellow professional editors and translators, I stay informed about developments in my field and maintain high professional and ethical standards in my work.
